Refund Policy

Seconds to Save strives to provide transparency and fairness for all donations, purchases, and sponsorships.

1. Donations

All donations made to Seconds to Save are generally nonrefundable, as funds are used quickly to support schools, kits, and training.
Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate donations

  • Transaction error

  • Unauthorized charge

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

2. School Sponsorships

Sponsorship donations cannot be refunded after funds have been allocated toward kits, supplies, or training. If funds have not yet been used, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Training Programs

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before training

  • Trainings are free with installation with kits.

4. How to Request a Refund or New Kits

Email info@secondstosave.org with:

  • Your name

  • Date and amount of donation/purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
